If any items you have bought are unsatisfactory and, for example, are of an inferior quality when you received them, you may be eligible for a refund. Customers can submit a request for return under the following circumstances:

Once you have notified our customer support department, instructions will be sent to you regarding how to send the items back.Please note that if the damage has taken place after a delivery has been made, a request for refund or return cannot be submitted.

Please be advised that if the medications have been used after identifying the problem, we will not be able to issue a replacement order. We reserve the right to issue a refund entirely at our own discretion. If an order has not arrived on the expected date, please allow additional days. The delay may be due to a circumstance beyond our control such as:

  • Problems with the postal system.
  • Late deliveries from manufacturers.
  • Unusually high volumes of orders.

We cannot process a request for refund if incorrect customer details like postal address or contact informationhave been provided.

Cancellation policy

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us promptly. It may be possible to stop your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Medications are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.

Chargeback policy

do not allow chargebacks. Our customer service representatives are available 24/7 to attend to any issues you may have. We reserve the right to discontinue further usage of our service if we notice that a customer has lodged a chargeback.
