All medications are delivered in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure customer privacy. For your peace of mind, there is no indication of what is contained inside the packaging.
To see if a delivery charge applies to your order, simply add the medication to your online shopping cart and view your order at checkout.
All orders are packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. Delivery time depends on the location of the delivery. Customers can expect their medication to arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
Occasionally, delays may happen due to circumstances like high volumes of orders, problems with the postal service or late deliveries from suppliers. Please allow additional days for delivery. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay with your order.
Some countries have import controls which may result in additional charges. Additional fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact customer care to find out if any import controls apply to your specific country.
An order is considered lost if 28 days have passed and the medication has not been received by the customer. Please contact customer care if your order has been lost. An inquiry into the lost order will be conducted by one of our customer support representatives. Our refund policy provides information regarding options and procedures for lost orders.
Please make sure that you submit accurate and complete customer information, such as address and contact details. Incorrect account information can also result in delays or lost orders. We cannot be held liable for lost orders if incorrect account details have been submitted.
